1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kimgph ("kimgph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kimgph website, platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the kimgph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kimgph platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the kimgph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling laws enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of kimgph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the kimgph platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

kimgph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the kimgph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. kimgph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kimgph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

kimgph implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You agree to complete KYC verification when requested, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kimgph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. kimgph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change based on your account verification status and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• kimgph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

kimgph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or technical issues outside of our control. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable transaction fees, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kimgph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all kimgph promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• kimgph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kimgph platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by kimgph, its employees, or any third party.

By participating in any game on the kimgph platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. kimgph will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of a manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, kimgph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers placed during that round.
• kimgph's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding, subject to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kimgph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or kimgph employees.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the kimgph platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the kimgph platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

kimgph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in full compliance with PAGCOR's player protection requirements. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the kimgph platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kimgph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of kimgph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kimgph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the kimgph platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kimgph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kimgph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kimgph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kimgph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kimgph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the kimgph platform at your own risk.

11. Termination

kimgph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds or promotional credits will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to kimgph.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

kimgph operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

13. Amendments

kimgph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the kimgph platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the kimgph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
